DO’S

DO supervise the bouncy castle at ALL times. This must be supervised by a responsible adult aged 18 and over

DO ensure that the bouncy castle is not overcrowded, limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. The amount of users by height is displayed on the front of each bouncy castle.

DO ensure children are going down the castle slide one child at a time to avoid injury (slide bouncy castles only)

DO ensure that no one uses the bouncy castle if they have a history of back or neck problems, pregnant or any child who is feeling unwell.

DO turn off the bouncy castle if the wind speed picks up as operating a bouncy castle with wind speed gusts over 24mph is dangerous. Please contact Party Supplies Aberdeen for further instructions.

DO wear socks on the bouncy castle. To avoid friction burns, please also wear long sleeve tops and trousers
DON'TS

DO NOT move the bouncy castle once this has been set up by a trained member of staff or remove any ground stakes or sand bags from the anchor points.

DO NOT allow adults on the bouncy castle.

DO NOT allow anyone that has drank alcohol on the bouncy castle.

DO NOT wear shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges, sharp items, face paints on the bouncy castle.

DO NOT use party poppers, glitter or silly string as this will stain the bouncy castle

DO NOT allow pets, toys or sharp instruments on or near the bouncy castle.

DO NOT smoke or have barbecues near the bouncy castle.

DO NOT allow Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls on the bouncy castle as this is DANGEROUS.

DO NOT allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt.

DO NOT allow any person with food, drinks or chewing gum on or near the bouncy castle as this could cause choking and mess on the bouncy castle.

DO NOT allow anyone to be on the bouncy castle during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.

DO NOT switch off the bouncy castle if it is raining as the rain will then sit on the bouncy castle and take a long time to dry off. Please leave it switched on.

DO NOT allow children to use the bouncy castle when it is raining as the castle will become slippery. Once the rain has stopped please ensure you dry the bouncy castle especially the front safety steps before allowing the children back on the bouncy castle

DO NOT wear spectacles while using the bouncy castle

DO NOT soak the bouncy castle with any liquids such as water. Water fights on or near the inflatables is extremely dangerous. You may be charged a cleaning/drying fee if this rule is ignored.
