INFLATABLE DISCO & INFLATABLE NEON PARTY FAQ's

Outdoors: We can only set up inflatables on grass (no artificial grass). The surface must be flat and not sloped more than 5 degrees. Indoors: We can set up on hard, flat surfaces like halls using sandbags to secure the inflatable.

We require a minimum space of width 16ft, length, 21ft and height 11ft (no restrictions such as over hanging trees / power lines etc. This includes 2ft each side of the inflatable and 6ft at the back for the blower. For outdoor, the full above area needs to on grass. For example, no slabs within the required area.

I am afraid not, we are only able to set up a inflatable disco nightclub on private owned property/ground

The inflatable disco nightclub is powered by UK mains within a maximum distance of 20 meters from the socket to the blower. We currently do not have generators for hire. We will require 2 extension cables to be powered (this will be provided).

Please try and avoid cutting your grass prior to your inflatable disco nightclub hire. The grass cuttings may end up all over the inflatable or furniture. Any excess grass mess and stains will need additional cleaning and may incur extra cleaning charges.

Yes, we need parking close to your property/venue to carry heavy equipment. Any parking charges must be covered by the customer. Please inform us of any access restrictions (e.g., steps, narrow doorways) when booking.

I am afraid not. Nothing should be attached to the inflatable including tape, blue tac etc without prior consent from Party Supplies Aberdeen.

I am afraid not. Smoking in or near the inflatable is strictly prohibited. Cooking near the inflatable such as BBQ's is also not allowed.

By law no inflatable can be hired out with wind gusts over 24mph (please note wind speed and wind gusts are different). If at your time of your hire there were wind gusts due over 24mph we would have to cancel your booking. With as much notice as possible (usually around 24 hours prior to hire delivery) we would offer you the following 3 options. Option 1: Change to alternative product/s for the same value, date, time, location. Option 2: Change date of hire for the same product (must be used within 12 months). Option 3: Receive a credit for the value of the inflatable to be used towards ANY future product hire at Party Supplies Aberdeen (must be used with 12 months). Rain Your booking would still go ahead as there is a rain cover roof installed within the inflatable.
