We require a 50% non refundable/non changeable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is due immediately and must be paid within 24 hours of the invoice being sent. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your event (this date can be found on your invoice under the due date). We will send you a confirmation of your booking once the deposit has been received.

In the event you need to cancel, the deposit is non refundable. If you decide to cancel with less than 4 weeks notice, a cancellation charge is applicable for 100% of the total cost.

Any damages, breakages or missing items must be paid for by the customer and not the venue. An invoice would be sent for the amount that it would be to either repair or replace the damaged, broken or missing item. We inspect our products before we send them out for hire but please make sure to check them when they are delivered and highlight any damages (if any). If you fail to pay for the damaged/broken or missing items we will seek legal action.

Party Supplies Aberdeen will not be held responsible for any damage, injuries or death resulting in the misuse of our equipment. We will also not be held responsible for any damage caused by the equipment to lawns.

All equipment remains the property of Party Supplies Aberdeen at all times.

For insurance purposes, photographs are required of each and every equipment set up. Be rest assured, we will not take any photos with any persons or of anything sensitive.
We may use photos taken on our website and social media. Please advise in writing prior to your hire if you do not wish Party Supplies Aberdeen to use these photos for these purposes. 

Hired equipment will be set up in one location only as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once unloaded. The company reserves the right to refuse delivery if the venue or site is deemed to be unsuitable by our delivery personnel or if the customer has failed to notify the company of any delivery obstructions such as stairs or excessive loading distances from our vehicle to the installation site. In such a case no refund will be given.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that suitable security and crowd control measures are in place prior to start of any event.
Party Supplies Aberdeen reserves the right to cease operation and remove hired equipment from site if at any time an employee of Party Supplies Aberdeen feels that guests or customer conduct endangers safety of the guests, clients and themselves or the safety of hired equipment. In such cases no refund will be given.

Any lost or damaged reusable flute glasses provided by Party Supplies Aberdeen will be charged to the customer at £3 per glass.

The customer is responsible for making sure there is an electricity point close by for our equipment to be powered. The customer is also responsible for supplying the electricity, Party Supplies Aberdeen do not supply this.

Party Supplies Aberdeen will erect and dismantle the cart / tiki bar in the required agreed location. Under no circumstances should any other person attempt to move, dismantle the cart / tiki bar without prior written permission from Party Supplies Aberdeen. Party Supplies Aberdeen cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damages caused by these actions.

These items should not be used outdoor when it is raining and/or the ground is wet. The foam in the softplay will get damaged if in contact with liquids. Please see the damages, breakages, missing items paragraph regarding damaged products. Party Supplies Aberdeen cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injury, including death while using these products. Adult supervision is required at all times. No face paints to be on or near the soft play equipment.

Party Supplies Aberdeen will set up the light up numbers, letters & backdrop in the required location. Under no circumstances should any other person attempt to touch or move, the letters, numbers or backdrops without prior written permission from Party Supplies Aberdeen. Strictly no drinks or any glassware to be placed on the light up letters, numbers. No backdrop fans should be touched or moved. The equipment CANNOT be set up close to pool / snooker tables. The client should ensure that children are suitably supervised. Party Supplies Aberdeen cannot be held responsible for any damages, injuries including death.

Shoes MUST be removed when using the snakes & ladders and twister games mats as the mats will get damaged and marked. These mats should always be used on a grass surface when used outdoors and never on concrete.


We understand that the weather can be unpredictable so we closely monitor the MET Office website to check for wind speeds, should the forecast show gusts in excess of 24mph (38kph) we will unfortunately have to cancel your booking. We try and give you as much notice as possible when cancelling a booking. If we do need to cancel, it is for the safety of you and your guests. You will be given three options.
Option 1:
Change to alternative product/s for the same value, date, time, location. Option 2: Change date of hire for same product (must be used within 12 months). Option 3: Receive credit for the value of the inflatable to be used towards ANY future product hire at Party Supplies Aberdeen (must be used with 12 months).
Please note, all other hired equipment would still go ahead as planned (excluding inflatables). For example, if you hired the inflatable disco nightclub along with giant light up numbers and if your inflatable was cancelled due to high winds then you would still receive your giant light up numbers hire as this can be used indoors.

Please make sure that all shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges and any sharp objects are removed before using the bouncy castle. No FACE PAINTS, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used. No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the bouncy castle. No smoking or barbeques near the bouncy castle. If there is found to be a face painter on site upon arrival, Party Supplies Aberdeen have the right to not set up equipment and the customer will not receive a refund. 

Party Supplies Aberdeen can only set up bouncy castles on an even grassy area of your property or in an indoor hall.
Inflatables will not be setup on any area that has a slope greater than 5 degrees. If you are unsure please contact us and we can advise.
Please ensure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, dog mess, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be set up, also there should be no overhanging trees or bushes.
You will need to allow a minimum of 6ft at the rear of the inflatable bouncy castle, 4ft at the front and 2ft either side and 10.5ft height space, don't forget to include light fittings. Please note, it is your responsibility to check size requirements and to make sure the venue/set up location meets the minimum size requirement. Failing to do this, may result in us not managing to safely set up the bouncy castle. In this case there will be no refund issued.

The client is responsible for making sure there is an electricity point close by for our equipment (this should be a grounded earthed mains supply socket). This must be within 20 meters of where the bouncy castle will be placed. The client is also responsible for supplying the electricity, Party Supplies Aberdeen do not supply this.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all steps are strictly adhered to in order to avoid injury and/or damage to the users and the bouncy castle. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:
· This unit is for children only. Please ensure adults do not use the bouncy castle.
· All equipment must be supervised by a responsible adult aged 18 and over at all times.Party Supplies Aberdeen cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injury, including death while using these products.
· Always ensure that the bouncy castle is not overcrowded, limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it (see table below). Ensure children are using the bouncy castle slides one at a time to avoid injury. Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
· Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off.
· Please ensure that children are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets. Socks must be worn at all times.
· No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the bouncy castle
· We do not hire our bouncy castles overnight due to changeable weather conditions
· Ensure that no one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the bouncy castle as indeed any child who is feeling unwell.
· Do not remove inflatable ground stakes or sand bags from the anchor points at any time
· Do not soak the bouncy castle in any liquid such as water. This includes water fights using water pistols, hoses etc. This is extremely dangerous and may include an extra fee for drying the inflatable.
· Do not allow anyone to be on the bouncy castle during inflation or deflation as this is dangerous

By placing an order with Party Supplies Aberdeen either verbally or via email regardless of whether a deposit has been paid it is deemed that the customer has read, understood, fully agreed to and is bound by all of our terms and conditions of hire.
