Please note, this is a booking request form and NOT a booking confirmation. Once payment has been received you will receive booking confirmation. A 50% deposit is due to secure your booking and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to hire date. Full payment is due if booking is less than 4 weeks to hire date. Agreed delivery & collection times will be displayed on invoice.
