SOFT PLAY FAQ's

I am afraid not, face paint may stain the castle or soft play. Items such as silly string and glitter should also not be used near the castle / soft play to avoid staining. Additional cleaning may be required and will occur extra cleaning charges.

Yes, soft play can also be used indoors so we would just set up indoors instead. If space is limited then we would offer a reduced soft play set up. Please note, the soft play is not water proof and cannot be used outdoors in rainy conditions.

Your delivery & collection times are discussed and agreed during the booking process (subject to availability). Please ensure you are happy with the agreed times before proceeding with your booking. Your dates and times can also be found on your invoice sent by email under "delivery & collection times" section. Yes all soft play sets come with ball pits

I am afraid not. We only allow personalisation when booking our luxury white / white & blue / white & pink soft play ball pit. However, we don't allow customers to attach their own stickers/vinyl and this must be done only by Party Supplies Aberdeen. This is to ensure the products used can be removed without causing any damage.
