Can I use the bouncy castle or soft play if I am wearing FACE PAINT?

Accepted Answer

I am afraid not, face paint may stain the castle or soft play. Items such as silly string and glitter should also not be used near the castle / soft play to avoid staining. Additional cleaning may be required and will occur extra cleaning charges.

Question 2

Can I get a discount for a shorter hirer period than 6 hours?

Accepted Answer

I am afraid not. Prices quoted are up to 6 hours hire.

Will my booking still go ahead in bad weather conditions?

Accepted Answer

Yes, soft play can also be used indoors so we would just set up indoors instead. If space is limited then we would offer a reduced soft play set up.

Please note, the soft play is not water proof and cannot be used outdoors in rainy conditions.

What time will you delivery/collect the equipment?

Accepted Answer

Your delivery & collection times are discussed and agreed during the booking process (subject to availability). Please ensure you are happy with the agreed times before proceeding with your booking.

Your dates and times can also be found on your invoice sent by email under "delivery & collection times" section.

We will also contact you the day before your hire to reconfirm your details.
