INFLATABLE SLIDE & BOUNCY CASTLES FAQ's

I am afraid not, face paint may stain the inflatable or soft play. Items such as silly string and glitter should also not be used near the inflatable / soft play to avoid staining. Additional cleaning may be required and will occur extra cleaning charges.

Outdoors We are only able to set up a bouncy castle on grass outdoors (doe's not include artificial grass). We are unable to set up the inflatable / bouncy castle on hard/slabbed areas. Please note, the surface must be flat and should not be setup on any area that has a slope greater than 5 degrees. Indoors We are able to set up in hard flat surfaces indoors such as halls as we are able to secure the inflatable / bouncy castle down by using sand bags.

I am afraid not, we are only able to set up a bouncy castle on private owned property/ground.

Bouncy castle blowers are powered by UK mains within a maximum distance of 20 meters from the socket to the blower. We currently do not have generators for hire.

We require a space of 2ft each side of the bouncy castle, 6ft at the back for the blower and 4ft at the front for the mats and 10.5ft minimum height space from the floor to the ceiling, don't forget to include any light fittings. So for example, for a standard 12ft x 12ft bouncy castle we would require 22ft length, 16ft width and 10.5ft height minimum. Please note, it is your responsibility to check size requirements and to make sure the venue/set up location meets the minimum size requirement. Failing to do this, may result in us not managing to safely set up the bouncy castle. In this case there will be no refund issued.

Please try and avoid cutting your grass prior to your bouncy castle hire. The grass cuttings may end up all over the castle. Any excess grass mess and stains will need additional cleaning and will occur extra cleaning charges.

Yes, we need to carry large heavy equipment and would require parking close by to your property/venue. Please note, any parking charges would need to be covered by the customer. Please also advise at the time of booking if there is any access restrictions. For example, any steps, narrow door ways etc. ​

Your delivery & collection times are discussed and agreed during the booking process (subject to availability). Please ensure you are happy with the agreed times before proceeding with your booking. Your dates and times can also be found on your invoice sent by email under "delivery & collection times" section. We will also contact you the day before your hire to reconfirm your details. **Please ensure you take a note of your delivery & collection times**

Wind By law no inflatable can be hired out with wind gusts over 24mph (please note wind speed and wind gusts are different). If at your time of your hire there were wind gusts due over 24mph we would have to cancel your booking, If we do need to cancel you will be given three options. Option 1: Change to alternative product/s for the same value, date, time, location. Option 2: Change date of hire for the same product (must be used within 12 months). Option 3: Receive a credit for the value of the inflatable to be used towards ANY future product hire at Party Supplies Aberdeen (must be used with 12 months). Rain Your booking would be cancelled if there is heavy rain forecasted. If your booking needs to be cancelled due to heavy rain or poor weather conditions we would give you as much warning as possible (usually around 24 hours prior to hire delivery) and you would be provided with the above 3 options.

I am afraid not. Prices are quoted up to 6 hours hire.

Yes, we need clear access due to the size and weight of our equipment. 2-3 steps are manageable, but please let us know about any restrictions when booking. If we can't access the venue on the day, we might not be able to proceed with the hire, and no refund will be issued.
